去寿县玩，不晓得吃什么，刚好中午玩到博物馆那儿，看他家生意非常好，人蛮多的，就去试试看，虽说是小碗，可是确实很大一碗，分量不少，汤汁味道还不错，整体蛮好的，就是辣椒不辣，还有烧饼真的太硬了，环境一般，环境一般。

店的位置好找，就在寿县博物馆正门对面，图书馆旁边，但基本也没啥门脸。油好大，味道偏咸，汤色很难看，不好喝，饼根本不脆！完全不推荐！

逛完孔庙，博物馆，有些饿了。转身一看，新军牛肉汤，就坐下了。要了两碗牛肉汤，免辣，所以是舒服的汤（有胡椒粉。），两个油酥饼。店里的环境就一般般了，好在这个时候也不需要空调了。由于店小，店外也摆了好几张桌子。。汤的分量都挺大，碗的大小差别不明确，应该是牛肉片的分量有差异吧（相片有误导作用）。起风的夜晚，一碗热气腾腾的牛肉汤正好补充热量。汤里有牛肉片，粉丝，千张，香菜，蔬菜等，料很足哦。油酥饼很香，味道清正，与牛肉汤正好相反，特别是刚出炉的油酥饼，味道更好。看到一锅油酥饼（10个）刚出炉，不到半分钟就被瓜分了。我要是下手晚的话，连照片都拍不到了，这完全是抢拍的节奏啊（正拿着夹子准备装饼呢），晚上手机抢拍效果不够好。店里的客人一直不少，还有很多客人是来打包的，牛肉汤和油酥饼特别抢手，还有牛肉面。价钱还不贵，属于价廉味美型。不过皖北的饮食口味比较重（合肥人也这么认为），因此，牛肉汤相对较咸，而且不少客人都加了辣椒酱，那应该是更为火热的味道吧。现在寿州牛肉汤（淮南牛肉汤）在江苏都有许多，不知道那边的味道如何呢。

This is completely the rhythm of snapping (I am holding a clip to prepare cakes), and the effect of snapping on my mobile phone at night is not good enough. There have been a lot of guests in the store, and many guests are here to pack. Beef soup and pastry are particularly popular, as well as beef noodles. The price is not expensive, it is cheap and delicious. However, the food taste of northern Fujian is relatively heavy (hefei people also think so), so the beef soup is relatively salty, and many guests have added chili sauce, it should be a hotter taste.
